• Platform Payments: All financial transactions, including deposits, final balances, and security retainers, must be processed directly through the online platform's checkout system. Direct off-platform payments are strictly prohibited. • Booking Confirmation: A booking is considered officially reserved only after the platform confirms the initial deposit or full payment as per the listing terms. • Security & Damage Retainers: Security deposits will be authorized or held via the platform’s security system. Holds are released within 7 business days post-event, following an inspection of the rental assets. • Pricing Transparency: Listed platform prices cover the rental items specified. Delivery, setup, custom signage fabrication, and extended breakdown fees will be calculated based on event details and added as a custom platform offer or itemized add-on. 2. Communication and Digital Proofing • Official Communication: To ensure transparency and dispute resolution, all consultations, design briefs, and timeline changes must be conducted through the platform's messaging system. • Custom Design Approvals: Digital mockups for custom signage, balloon color palettes, and backdrop layouts will be sent via platform chat. The customer must provide written approval within the platform interface at least 21 days prior to the event. • Response Windows: Mõlua coordinates scheduling and design requests within standard business hours via the platform dashboard. 3. Delivery, Installation, and Venue Requirements • Service Radius: Delivery and full-service styling are available within our specified geographic zones listed on our platform profile (centered in Essen). Bookings requested outside this zone via automated platform tools may be subject to custom travel surcharges or cancellation. • Venue Coordination: The customer must provide exact venue access instructions, contact information, and loading bay rules via the platform questionnaire at least 14 days before the event. • Setup Constraints: Mõlua requires a minimum setup window of 2–4 hours. If venue restrictions prevent our team from accessing the space at the scheduled time, Mõlua cannot be held liable for delivery delays. 4. Care of Rental Assets and Weather Contingencies • Asset Responsibility: The customer listed on the platform account assumes full liability for all rental pieces (furniture, tents, thrones, popcorn machines) from delivery confirmation until physical handover at breakdown. • Outdoor Event Rules: For outdoor bookings (tents, backdrops, installations), the customer must guarantee a backup indoor location or adequate overhead shelter. Mõlua reserves the right to cancel outdoor installation via the platform if weather conditions threaten safety or asset integrity, with no refunds issued for weather-related cancellations. 5. Cancellations, Rescheduling, and Disputes • Cancellation Policy: Cancellations are governed by the specific policy tier selected on our platform profile. Generally, the initial booking deposit is non-refundable. Cancellations made within 14 days of the event date are ineligible for refunds. • Rescheduling Requests: Date changes must be submitted through the platform's rescheduling request tool at least 30 days prior to the event, subject to Mõlua's calendar availability. • Dispute Resolution: In the rare event of a disagreement regarding item condition, damages, or service delivery, both parties agree to utilize the platform's formal dispute resolution mediation before pursuing external legal remedies.
